Journeys on Standoff IED Detection Conference

The 2006 Conference on Standoff IED Detection, held November 7-9 in Madrid Spain, has successfully concluded. The conference featured five panels that focused on different areas of Standoff Detection:

• Panel 1: Standoff IED Detection based on Laser Spectroscopy
• Panel 2: Mobility Mass Spectroscopy and Sniffers
• Panel 3: Detection of Elements of IED
• Panel 4: Detection of non-explosive components of IEDs
• Panel 5: Intelligent Scene Analysis and Detection of IED delivery

Conference attendants are asked to provide thier feedback on the conference by completing the Post-conference Survey.
